Tavi is nothing more than his authentic self. The 20 year old Hip-Hop artist is based out of New Orleans, Louisiana, after spending his early years in his hometown of Boulder, Colorado. Tavi lives and breathes music, and  prides himself on versatility within his art. No matter the style he always finds a way to connect with your emotions, often taking a deep dive into the trials and tribulations of his journey through life. With hard hitting tracks like “IYKYK!” to slower, more vulnerable cuts like “Don’t Run,” his introspection touches the soul like no other. Tavi cites the works of Lil Wayne and Eminem as his gateway into rap music, so it is no wonder he holds such a passion for word play and colorful lyricism. More recently the alternative styles of artists like Smino and J.I.D have served as a major source of his inspiration. Tavi’s genuine love for the relationship between an artist and their fans is a big part of what drives his artistry in the direction it’s headed. His live performances are always full of energy and emotion, often moving the crowd to tears. But you better expect to be jumping around as well! In 2020, the then 17 year old’s ability was recognized by legendary rapper King Los, where they connected on the song “Manifesto.” Tavi, while being a solo artist, is also part of a Hip-Hop collective called Comp4ny (Company 4) with fellow artists, Yung Senju, Kimbv Svuce, and Ashiya. The group met at Loyola University New Orleans, and teamed up to create the track “Ok Twin,” a hard-hitting record co-signed by massive names in the music industry, like KLC The Drum Major and D’Mile. Additionally, Tavi is featured on the song ‘She Roll Up,’ by group member Yung Senju, which is quickly closing in on 1 million streams on Spotify alone. One word to describe Tavi is driven, and he shows no signs of slowing down. As of 2023 Tavi has moved to London, England in order to expand his reach to entirely new scenes. The young artist has his ambitions set on international success, so it is best to get familiar with Tavi before he becomes a household name!
